So yeah, I spoke with my partner about what I went through a few days ago, and let him know I’m probably dealing with “Religious Trauma Syndrome” and sent him a link to the Wikipedia page.

I realized that a lot of the things that happened come even before I was born, for example being a descendant from a Holocaust survivor, etc.
