Dearest J,

Wow I’ve been working away on quite a bit of stuff lately. From working on the world’s 1st collaborative spiritual resources (ACIM & the Bible) to discovering the differences between Open-Source options (Google Docs vs Pages), and trying different softwares (Adobe vs Affinity) … I’ve decided to stick with Google. I’m not sure why, given how bad the last project ended. But I’m familiar with their products, and yeah.

I think I’m doing an OK job so far. Right now, I’m sticking to using Shantell Sans which has been cool. I feel like a lot of Christians will have an issue with Shantell Martin for being queer, which is ridiculous. She’s contemplative, explores deep questions, and though I’m constantly myself going back and forth with what the Bible would interpret, I don’t think I shouldn’t be using a typeface just because of someone’s sexual orientation. In fact, it made me really dig deep into my own beliefs around the worth of a person regardless of how they identify or not. For example, though I personally do not “mind” if someone’s gay, that doesn’t mean I go out of my way to make a big deal out of it. I kind of believe that’s between her and God. Mind you, many people might think that makes me a bad Christian. Well, whatever.
